What happens if my sensor needs to be replaced?

If the device is covered under warranty then Active Witness will have one shipped out to you or our installation partner at no charge. The device will then have to be installed by the designated installer. If the Sima device is not covered your warranty, you can order a new device through Active Witness directly or any of our installation partners.
